docs: expand custom integrations section on /docs/integration (#10089)

* docs: add custom integrations section to integration page

Clarify that any system reachable via API (REST/FHIR), HL7, or SFTP can
be built as a custom integration using Bots, with e-signature as an
example, and note the portability of the Bot-based approach.

Addresses #10080

Move the custom-integrations clarification to the correct docs page
(/docs/integration). Explain that any system reachable via API
(REST/FHIR), HL7, or SFTP can be built as a custom integration with
Bots, note that Bot-based integrations are portable across vendors, and
add e-signature (DocuSign, Dropbox Sign) as concrete examples.

Reverts the earlier change to the products/integration page.
