fix: do not re-invoke extension providers for child controllers

The create() method of the controller context passed the source
providers to a child controller, so they were invoked again by
createExtensionParams(). Providers may have side effects: under
useController() the provider from @nrgyjs/ditox-react calls a React
hook, and its extra invocation broke the order of React hooks on
re-render.

Now create() passes the already computed extension params via
provideExtensionParams() instead of the source providers.
