Use Redb native read-only database mode (#232)

* Use Redb native read-only database mode

Replace the full-file read-only snapshot with Redb's native ReadOnlyDatabase path, preserve writer locking, and document and validate the bounded-memory behavior.

Accept the explicit recovery-required failure that Redb reports on Linux while a writable handle is active, alongside the lock errors reported on Windows.
