style: order the use statements the way the formatter does

Eight files, all predating this branch. Sorting them by hand earlier used a
plain string comparison, which is not the ordering php-cs-fixer applies —
"ClassMethod" against "Class_" comes out the other way round. The count
matches what StyleCI has been reporting, so this is very likely what it wanted.
