tests/test_main: cover the multi-repository commit lookup

`get_old_sha` learnt to read the commit belonging to the repository being
checked, but every existing test passed either an empty URL or one that
names no repository, so the lookup short-circuited before it began and
the module was left 15 statements and 3 partial branches short.

Exercise it through the public function with an ebuild for each of the
three answers it can give: the commit, taken from the URL itself or from
the variable the URL interpolates; an empty string, when the repository
is referenced only by tag and another repository in the same ebuild is
pinned by commit, which is the case that used to report a false update;
and no answer at all, when the ebuild does not reference the repository,
where the older named-variable scan still has to run.

`livecheck/main.py` reaches full statement and branch coverage.
