Bump Ariadne to 0.52.79 (#850)

* Bump Ariadne to 0.52.79.

Advances the pin three releases from 0.52.76, and puts the committed pin back in step with what the evaluation measures: the last release smoke ran against a product carrying 0.52.77, bumped at smoke time and never committed.

All three upstream changes are corrections rather than precision improvements, so any pin that moves had codified a wrong answer. The one to watch is wala/ML#819: through 0.52.78, `gpt-2-tensorflow2.0`'s `train_dataset, test_dataset = train_dataset` left everything reached from the second field untyped, so `Gpt2._test_step` and `_distributed_test_step` typed their parameters as non-tensors while the identical `_train_step` typed correctly.

* Pin the rebinding-destructure fix at the consumer.

The bump moved no existing assertion, which means none of the three corrections it picks up was covered here. This adds a guard for the one whose consequence is the consumer's: a function whose parameters all fail to type yields no input signature and is not recorded as having declined one, so it leaves the candidate population with no reason attached.

Distilled from `gpt-2-tensorflow2.0`'s `Gpt2.fit`, with the non-shadowing destructure beside it as a control.
