Guard against custom boolean values leaking into other instances

3.0.0 fixed `Boolean(values)` mutating the class-wide `default_values`
dictionary, but nothing kept it fixed: reverting the copy broke no test.

The existing test only inspects the instance it just built, which is why
the bug survived for years while being exercised on every run. This one
asserts that the class attribute and other instances stay untouched.

Verified by reintroducing the bug, which turns the new test red.
