test(admin): cover src/Admin and drop its coverage exclusion (#36)

src/Admin was excluded from the coverage source set as "render/menu/enqueue
glue exercised through the admin UI at runtime". Amber covers its entire
src/Admin on the same tooling and Integrity followed (#42); this ports the
pattern to Trusted.

77 new tests across Assets, CalendarPage, DeveloperPage and HelpPage:
registration asserted against WpState, capability and trusted_developer_tools
guards against the WpDieException the shared wp_die() throws, and every render
method driven for real inside an output buffer.

Production change, behaviour-identical: DeveloperPage's two admin-post
handlers end in wp_safe_redirect() followed by a bare exit, which no
in-process test can survive, so the work between the guard and the redirect
is now in deleteWeekFromRequest()/clearAllFromRequest() and the URL building
in redirectUrl(). Same precedent as Integrity's parsePermissions().

tests/wp-stubs.php gains TRUSTED_FILE and TRUSTED_URL, which the admin layer
reads and trusted.php derives at runtime.
