chore: point GitHub Plugin URI at the org that exists (#34)

The GitHub Plugin URI header pointed at github.com/thebleedingdeacons/<slug>,
an organisation that does not exist. Checked properly before changing it: the
*org page* for thebleedingdeacons returns 404, not merely the repository path,
so this was not a private-repo redirect. bleedingdeacons returns 200 and is
what git remote points at.

That header is what GitHub Updater reads to locate the repository, so plugin
auto-updates could never have resolved.

URL context only. thebleedingdeacons is also the contact email address and the
WordPress.org Contributors slug, both correct as they stand; a blanket replace
would have corrupted them.

/bump is unaffected: bump.ps1 derives its candidate set by matching
github.com/thebleedingdeacons/<slug> against CLAUDE.md, not against these
headers. CLAUDE.md keeps that spelling until its regex is changed with it.
