chore: point Plugin URI at the org that exists (#47)

The Plugin URI read github.com/bleeding-deacons/tsml-for-unity — hyphenated,
and a 404. This plugin was carrying three different spellings of the
organisation across three headers; only `bleedingdeacons` resolves, and it is
what `git remote` points at.

Checked rather than assumed: the org page for `bleeding-deacons` returns 404,
not just the repository, so this was not a private-repo redirect.

Not changed here: the GitHub Plugin URI line still reads `thebleedingdeacons`,
which also 404s — but that spelling is used by all eighteen plugins and by
CLAUDE.md, whose repo URLs `/bump` matches against to build its candidate set.
Correcting it is a suite-wide change with a coupled tooling edit, not a typo
fix, so it is left for a deliberate decision rather than folded in here.
