🔧 chore: migrate from Yarn to pnpm and Jest to Vitest

Replace development tooling to improve performance and modernize the stack:

- Migrate package manager from Yarn to pnpm
 - Add pnpm-lock.yaml and pnpm-workspace.yaml
 - Remove yarn.lock and .yarnrc.yml
 - Update CI workflow to use pnpm

- Replace Jest with Vitest for testing
 - Add vitest.config.mjs with 100% coverage thresholds
 - Update all test files to use Vitest APIs
 - Maintain full test coverage requirements

- Switch from ESLint/Prettier to oxlint/oxfmt
 - Add .oxlintrc.json and .oxfmtrc.json configurations
 - Remove eslint.config.js and .prettierrc
 - Update lint and format scripts

- Update dependencies to latest versions
- Bump version to 2.1.0
- Update README.md with new package manager commands
