## Goal
Fix Qlty security warnings; delete unnecessary lines.

## Approach
1. Fix "credential persistence through GitHub Actions artifacts" warning
with `persist-credentials: false`.
2. Fix "runtime artifacts potentially vulnerable to a cache poisoning
attack" with `bundler-cache: false`.
3. Revert to default `SimpleCov` config by:
    1. deleting `.simplecov`
    2. using `files: coverage/.resultset.json`
5. Remove:
    1. unrecognized `:codeclimate-test-reporter-id`
    3. cosmetic `:name`
    4. redundant `.rspec`
