feat: Replace Advanced settings sliders with compact button groups (#154)

* docs: Add design spec for segmented settings control

Captures the brainstormed design for the button-based choice control
that replaces the Basic options sliders and radio rows, the regrouped
Advanced settings panel, and the threshold guidance tooltip plus
article link.

The keyframe interval slider joins the settings moving to button
groups (5/10/30/60 sec, custom 1-60). Its size-overhead estimate stays
a visible label beside the buttons rather than moving into tooltips.
