* fix(realtime): keep withTaskGroup for the platform minimum

withDiscardingTaskGroup requires iOS 17, macOS 14, watchOS 10 and tvOS 17,
above this package's minimums of iOS 16, macOS 13, watchOS 9 and tvOS 16, so
it does not compile here.
