fix: address Copilot feedback - consistency, UX, and safety improvements

- Restore query limits to 10000 for consistency with app-wide client-side tables
- Add isFetched check to prevent empty stats flash on initial load
- Fix typo: RECIEVE_STATS → RECEIVE_STATS
- Add safety checks: json.data → json?.data to prevent exceptions

Addresses all concerns in latest Copilot review for PR #337
