PROTOTYPE: three camera-linked viewers in 1_SingleCellTFM

Replaces the spike's single viewer with three panels showing the measured
deformations, the fitted deformations and the fitted forces of the same
result, sharing one camera: dragging or scrolling in any panel moves all
three, so the comparison the static figure makes is preserved while the
fields become inspectable.

Verified by driving a real drag in the left panel over CDP: all three end up
at the same new viewing angle, three canvases, no console errors.

This needed two changes in the viewer itself, which is why the bundled
_static/js copy was regenerated: it now renders on demand instead of every
frame (three always-rendering contexts stalled the page outright), and
on_ready hands out the camera and controls.

Still the throwaway version -- the viewer is bundled out of the website
repository and the field bundle is copied in by hand. Not for merging.

Open question for the real version: the fitted forces panel reads as nearly
empty, because traction forces concentrate on a handful of nodes and the
arrow scale normalises to the peak. The landing pages solve this by
saturating the magnitudes at a percentile, which makes the pattern visible
but has to be stated in the caption.
