[*SCH Print][KiCad 10] Support for KiCad CLI

- Including 'draw_hop_over` to draw it at wire crossings
- Better sub-sheet names handling
- PDF:
  - 'exclude_property_popups': no properties popups (smaller size)
  - 'exclude_hierarchical_links': no links to sub-sheets
  - 'exclude_metadata': no metadata
  - 'author': overrides the AUTHOR
  - 'subject': overrides the SUBJECT
- Clear message about HPGL not supported on KiCad 10+
