fix(website): use Buffer for the crawler API credentials (#5392)

The sync-crawler job failed on the first real run with "credentials
.toBase64 is not a function". `lts/*` resolves to Node 24.18.0 on the
runner, and `Uint8Array#toBase64()` is not available there — it landed
later than assumed. Local checks passed because this machine runs
Node 26.

Verified by deleting `Uint8Array.prototype.toBase64` and running the
script: it now builds the header and reaches the API, failing only on
the credential as expected.
