Migrate Playground MCP paths from @ai-sdk/mcp to the official TypeScript
SDK v2 client with automatic 2026-07-28/2025-11-25 negotiation, a native
AI tool adapter, session-scoped cleanup, Modern integration tests, and
Playground E2E coverage for strict Modern backends.

ToolHive still health-checks remote streamable-HTTP servers with a Legacy
client during workload startup. Keep the SDK v2 Modern backend while
accepting Legacy so the workload reaches Running before Studio negotiates
Modern through the proxy.
