store page creation 2 (#2414)

* T-008: remove NLG-layer catalog implementation

Delete kairon/chat/agent/nlg.py (KaironNLG) and its test file.
Revert KaironNLG wiring in agent.py and agent_processor.py so the
standard TemplatedNaturalLanguageGenerator path is restored.
Regenerate build site and kits for send_custom_json dispatch approach.
