[integration-test] Add Keep-Alive parameters testing (#634)

#### Type of change

* Test update

#### Description

* The main focus of this PR is to add a test that verifies the
keep-alive parameters of the servers that expose their APIs (sidecar,
query). In addition, adds these keep-alive parameters to the query
service configuration.

#### Additional details

* Although these parameters are not required for the integration tests,
it is better to test these parameters, which makes them relevant.

* We do not test every keep-alive parameter allowed in the
configuration. Instead, we focus on the parameters that control when the
server closes stalled connections. This is important because stalled
connections can block new connections from succeeding when the number of
allowed streams is limited.
