chore(deps): drop direct @modelcontextprotocol/sdk dependency

Migrate the legacy Playground E2E fixture to @modelcontextprotocol/server
v2 and remove the explicit SDK v1 package. ext-apps still pulls v1
transitively for app-bridge until that package moves to the v2 split.
