Prevent redirect loops and add Turbo dependency

- Stop redirecting users back to sign-in/sign-out routes after
  successful authentication.
- Add `turbo-rails` as a hard dependency to the gemspec to support Turbo
  features.
- Remove redundant `lib/bible270/bible270.rb` entry point file.
- Add comprehensive suite of controller and configuration tests.
