Add per-chapter check-offs for readings

Introduce a `part` column to `Checkoff` to support tracking progress
within
multi-chapter readings, specifically for the Old Testament. Update logic
to
calculate day completion based on total parts read rather than total
tracks, and migrate existing single-row records to represent all parts
being complete.
