fix: 让 CI 的 golangci-lint(errcheck)通过

- cmd 渲染改用 fmt.Printf/Println(errcheck 默认豁免 Print 家族),
  不再往 io.Writer 写而漏检返回值
- ensureIgnore 改具名返回,defer 里兜住 f.Close 的 error(不忽略、也不 _,_=)
