refactor: unwire bb_ota_* family from examples/smoke composition (#1190)

The OTA family (bb_ota_boot/bb_ota_hooks/bb_ota_validator/bb_ota_check/
bb_ota_pull/bb_ota_push) needs a northstar refactor before it is
composed again (B1-1357) -- remove its six bbtool:init markers and
matching #includes from examples/smoke/main/bb_wire.h, and remove the
handwired bb_ota_check_init(NULL) call and #include from
examples/smoke/main/smoke_app.c. No OTA component is wired in smoke,
codegen-composed or handwired, after this change. Boards get updated
by serial flash in the interim; that is an accepted consequence, not
an oversight. examples/floor already proves this shape builds clean
with zero bb_ota_* markers composed.

The components themselves are untouched, still in the tree. One
exception on the link side: bb_ota_validator still links, pulled in
transitively via bb_diag_http's PRIV_REQUIRES for its on_validated
hook (platform/espidf/bb_diag_http/bb_diag_http_routes.c), with its
own routes no longer registered -- tracked separately as B1-1367, not
fixed here.
