fix: replace defunct Code Climate coverage reporting with Coveralls

paambaati/codeclimate-action fails on every run: the codeclimate/test-reporter
project it downloads from has been renamed to qltysh-archive/test-reporter and
archived, so the download 404s. Match the other three npm packages
(ssh-client-wrapper, rwatchd, sbs), which all already moved to Coveralls +
SonarCloud for the same reason. Also add the Snyk vulnerability badge those
repos carry — it needs no CI step or secret, just a public repo.
