feat(sidebar): optional workspace row-click expansion (#342)

* feat(sidebar): optional workspace row-click expansion

clicking anywhere on a workspace row still toggles it by default, but Settings >
General > Mouse now has a toggle to turn that off. The disclosure triangle keeps
toggling either way.

workspaceRowClickExpands (nil = on) mirrors to GhosttyApp and handleSingleClick
reads it per click, so flipping the setting applies without a relaunch.

* fix(sidebar): cancel a pending row toggle when the setting is turned off

the deferred DispatchWorkItem read the mirror only when it was scheduled, so a
click followed by turning the setting off inside the double-click interval still
toggled the row. It now re-reads on fire and clears itself.

adds a UI test for the live persistAndApply mirror leg, which nothing covered:
the seeded-file test only exercises the launch-time one. Dismissing Settings there
uses the window's close button, since Cmd+W reaches Close Session and takes the
seeded session with it.

* docs: fix grammar in the General settings header comment
