chore: drop 3,626 redundant lines from .gitignore (#41)

The file enumerated individual vendor paths — /vendor/bin/phpcs,
/vendor/composer/autoload_real.php, and 3,624 more — sitting beneath a
catch-all /vendor/ rule that already covered every one of them. Pure dead
weight; the enumeration never had any effect.

Removed rather than maintained. Reach hit the failure mode an enumeration
invites, where files not on the list slip through and get committed: eight
files ended up tracked there, including psr/container's source. Trumpet was
not exposed to that — the catch-all was above the list, not missing — so this
is a simplification, not a bug fix.

Verified rather than assumed: all 4,440 files currently in vendor/ are ignored
before and after, and `git status --untracked-files=all` reports nothing newly
untracked. Nothing under vendor/ was tracked to begin with.

23 lines remain, all of them load-bearing.
