fix(tests): put Unity on the classpath, and fix the four mocks that hid (#34)

Nothing put Unity on this suite's classpath. The controller tests mock its
contracts by string name, and Mockery will happily generate a double for a
class that does not exist — with no methods and no signature checking at all.
Unity could have changed any signature in Groups, Meetings, Members,
Positions or IntergroupMeetings and these 219 tests would have stayed green.

The bootstrap now registers a PSR-4 autoloader over ../unity/src, the sibling
checkout CI already arranges for PHPStan. Loading the real interfaces
immediately failed four tests, all the same bug: an untyped Mockery::mock()
returned from a method whose real signature declares a concrete type.

  - IntergroupMeetingGroupAttendanceFactory::createNew() returns
    IntergroupMeetingGroupAttendance, not a bare mock (3 tests).
  - PrivacyPolicyRepository::findById() returns ?PrivacyPolicy (1 test).

Each was returning an object that could never come back from the real
collaborator, so the controller hit a TypeError and answered 500 where the
test asserted 201, 409 or 200. The mocks are now typed to the interfaces the
signatures declare, which is what makes them doubles rather than decoration.

219 tests, 488 assertions before and after — the fix is to the doubles, not
to the coverage.
