chore(tests): use the shared Unity test doubles (#42)

This suite's MemberStub and FakeContainer were the models for the ones Unity
now ships at Unity\Testing\Doubles — MemberStub verbatim, FakeContainer as
the base the other five copies' features were folded into. Keeping local
copies alongside them would be the duplication this was meant to end, so they
go. 622 tests, 1743 assertions before and after.

Unity reaches this plugin through the Composer path repository it already
declares, so both classes autoload with no bootstrap change; every call site
keeps its arguments, since the shared MemberStub has the same constructor.

Two things the shared FakeContainer adds over the copy removed here: it
throws the real DependencyNotRegisteredException instead of an anonymous
class implementing NotFoundExceptionInterface, and its registration order is
read through registrationOrder() rather than a public $registered array.
Nothing here used the latter.
