chore(tests): use the shared Unity test doubles (#36)

Unity now ships Unity\Testing\Doubles, so this suite stops maintaining its
own. 256 tests, 568 assertions before and after — nothing has quietly
stopped being covered. The bootstrap needed no change: it already maps the
whole Unity\ namespace at ../unity/src, so the doubles autoload with the
interfaces.

  - Three anonymous Member doubles become Unity's MemberStub, named-argument
    style. Between them the pruner, logging and trash-cleaner tests declared
    the 23-method interface three times to vary six fields; the other
    seventeen accessors were filler returning '' and false. Unity's stub
    defaults to exactly those values, so nothing local is needed here — this
    suite wants a neutral member, unlike Trusted and Reach.
  - InMemoryMemberRepository becomes Unity's, constructed with
    rejectWrites: true. That preserves the reason this suite's copy threw
    from every mutation: a pruner that accidentally started writing should
    fail loudly rather than appear to succeed.
  - PluginFakeContainer becomes Unity's FakeContainer, which additionally
    throws the real DependencyNotRegisteredException rather than a bare
    RuntimeException. The RuntimeException assertion in this file is
    unrelated — it covers Plugin::getContainer() before init.
