chore(tests): use the shared Unity FakeContainer (#39)

TrumpetFakeContainer was one of six near-identical Container doubles across
the suite; Unity now ships the union of them at Unity\Testing\Doubles, so
this one goes. 121 tests, 176 assertions before and after.

Unity's additionally caches resolved services and throws the real
DependencyNotRegisteredException where this copy threw a bare
RuntimeException — both closer to what DependencyContainer actually does.

The bootstrap's Unity autoloader now fails fast when the sibling checkout is
absent, rather than skipping registration and leaving the suite to die on an
unexplained "class not found". It already loaded the whole Unity\ namespace,
so the doubles need no further wiring.
