[feature] Added node/link visual highlighting #163

Added native ECharts-based visual highlighting for nodes and links. This
includes hover highlighting, Ctrl-click multi-selection, and improved
emphasis styling. The changes utilize ECharts' `dispatchAction` for
highlighting and downplaying elements, replacing previous direct DOM
manipulation. New utility functions `highlightNode`, `highlightLink`,
and `clearHighlight` are available for programmatic control.
