Experimental ECDSA (P-256/P-384) client-auth signing (#120)

* Add experimental ECDSA (P-256/P-384) client-auth signing

`EcdsaClientAuth` implements the `ClientAuth` trait for mutual TLS, producing
DER `ECDSA-Sig-Value` CertificateVerify signatures with an RFC 6979
deterministic nonce (so no entropy draw). Gated behind the off-by-default
`ecdsa-sign` feature since krabiecdsa's constant-time sign path, while CT-
validated, is unaudited — matching how the rest of the crate's hand-rolled
crypto ships.
