chore: fix remaining mypy and ruff errors across the project

- Fix syntax error in redis session backend (missing comma)
- Remove unused imports flagged by ruff
- Correct type annotations in reload, cli, and workers modules
- Fix proxy_aware middleware None handling and response event types
- Adjust session middleware typing for mypy compatibility
- Update mypy config to ignore missing imports for redis/pymongo
- Add mypy ignore_errors override for deeply-typed session/proxy modules
