Don't mask AttributeError in StapledObjectStream.send_nowait() (#1256)

The try block wrapped the call rather than the attribute lookup, so an AttributeError raised inside a send_nowait() that does exist was reported as the method not being implemented, naming the wrong problem and leaving the real error reachable only through __cause__.

Look up the bound method inside the try and call it outside, so only a genuinely missing method becomes NotImplementedError.
