Address review: pin list_iter's P1; describe the delegated container set

The exemption pin now asserts convertibility, its whole point, and the suite confirms `list_iter` reaches P1. The predicate Javadoc describes `Util.isContainerType`'s actual set, including the `enumerate` wrapper, with the reasoning for why that inclusion cannot exempt a real hazard: an enumerate result does not pass the tensor-typed gate that precedes the exemption.
