Filter the synthetic append-contents key from container-arity enumeration (#829)

wala/ML#773 (Ariadne 0.52.58) stores comprehension elements under the same synthetic channel `append` uses, so a comprehension-built container's catalog carries the analysis-internal key alongside its numeric indices. The key is not a program field, but it failed the contiguity check, so a comprehension-built container that previously reduced declined as non-contiguous. It is now filtered before the check, via the importable `PythonSSAPropagationCallGraphBuilder.LIST_APPEND_CONTENTS_FIELD` rather than a string match, which the 0.52.76 bump (#828) made available; containers whose numeric indices are contiguous keep reducing, and the append-loop decline (a catalog with no numeric indices at all) is unchanged.

`testInputSignatureContainerComprehension` pins the comprehension-built singleton reducing to the same nested spec as the literal-list fixture.
