Take WordPress stand-ins from wp-mocks (#28)

* test: take WordPress stand-ins from wp-mocks

The 340-line bootstrap goes, replaced by bleedingdeacons/wp-mocks. Comparing
the two, the only WordPress functions it defined that the package does not are
add_action and do_action — and that gap is deliberate, because Brain Monkey
owns the hook layer.

That ownership drives most of the diff:

  - PluginTest asserted on $GLOBALS['__reconcile_test_actions']; it now asks
Brain Monkey whether each AJAX and admin-post hook was registered, and
reads WpState::$menus for the menu pages.

  - GroupImporterChangingEventTest captured unity/group_changing through a
hand-written do_action() that knew the test class by name and reached into
a static on it. That is now Actions\expectDone()->whenHappen(), which
records the pre- and post-write group objects as they go past. An action
returns nothing, so andReturnUsing() is refused here — whenHappen() is the
    equivalent for a side effect.

The failure branches move from globals to per-test Brain Monkey overrides,
which is what they always were in spirit: the shared wp_insert_post() and
wp_update_post() always succeed, so a WP_Error, a zero id, or an
update_post_meta() that throws or warns is now stated at the point it matters
rather than through a flag read by the bootstrap.

Nonces are real now. wp-mocks' wp_verify_nonce() checks the value against the
action, so the handler tests seed what wp_create_nonce() would have produced
and the bad-nonce test supplies something else — closer to the thing being
guarded than a global that switched the whole mechanism off.

ReconcileHandlerHalt is replaced by the package's JsonResponseException and
WpDieException. They name their parts differently, so a small local HandlerHalt
flattens the two and every assertion reads as before. wp_die() carries its
status as of wp-mocks v1.3.0, added for exactly this.

CoreFunctionOverrides.php stays: those are PHP's upload b... (continued)
