test(launchers): neutralize tmux window-mode env in launcher tests

cleanOverlayEnv blanked 19 overlay-detection vars but not REVDIFF_TMUX_WINDOW
or AGENTDECK_INSTANCE_ID, and mergeEnv only drops the keys it lists, so both
leaked in from the developer's shell. With REVDIFF_TMUX_WINDOW=1 exported the
"tmux" subtests ran the agent-deck window backend instead of display-popup and
still passed, hiding any display-popup regression. Verified with a logging tmux
shim: leaked, the launcher issues new-window; blanked, it issues display-popup.
