docs: document ghostty text selection while mouse capture is on

the selection trade-off list named kitty, iTerm2 and "most other terminals" but
not ghostty, where shift also extends an existing selection, so a shift+drag on
top of one grows it instead of starting a new selection. Also notes ghostty's
toggle_mouse_reporting keybind, unbound by default, which suspends capture
without restarting revdiff.
