fix(configuration_steps): extract conditional change_reason strings

- Update `update_configuration_steps_translation.py` to extract individual
  result strings from ternary conditional `Change Reason` expressions via
  a new `extract_result_strings_from_conditional()` helper.  These strings
  (e.g. 'Use EKF primary acc and gyro batch logging…') are what
  `safe_evaluate()` returns at runtime and what `_()` is then called on, so
  they must be present as msgids in the translation catalog.

- Regenerate `configuration_steps_strings.py`: the four new msgids
  'EKF primary gyro raw logging',
  'Use EKF primary acc and gyro batch logging on F4 processors or big props',
  'Use ESC telemetry RPM to dynamically adjust the propeller notch filter', and
  'Use throttle-based dynamic notch filter to reduce propeller noise'
  are now included alongside the full conditional expressions (kept for the
  evaluation-failed fallback path).
