test: take WordPress stand-ins from wp-mocks (#26)

The bootstrap hand-rolled ~300 lines of WordPress: WP_Error, options over
$GLOBALS, escaping and i18n, the asset and shortcode registry, wp_insert_post()
and the post readers, wp_send_json_success(). Standalone does not mean the
WordPress it touches is different from everyone else's, so all of it now comes
from bleedingdeacons/wp-mocks and the tests read WpState instead of the
globals.

Two things stay, for reasons worth recording:

FakeWpdb stays local. wp-mocks' Doubles\FakeWpdb answers every get_var() with
one queued scalar and every get_results() with one queued set of rows, and
LifeLines needs more than that simultaneously — get_var() must tell "SHOW
TABLES LIKE" from "COUNT(*)" within a single test, get_results() must be a
queue so exportCsv()'s chunked loop can be handed a chunk and then a simulated
read failure, and query() must report an INSERT's value-tuple count because
that is how import() totals its rows. Sentinel keeps its own for the same kind
of reason. The docblock now says so.

dbDelta() stays local. It lives in wp-admin/includes and is only reachable
after the require of the stub file this bootstrap writes to a temp ABSPATH,
which is a plugin-specific arrangement.

The no-op add_action() goes with the rest. Brain Monkey owns the hook
functions, and a stub defined at bootstrap would permanently shadow its
definitions — silently, because the calls then never reach the container its
expectations read.

LifeLinesJsonResponse is replaced by the package's JsonResponseException,
which carries the same payload.
