test: take WordPress stand-ins from wp-mocks (#25)

The bootstrap carried ~100 lines of WP HTTP API shims — WP_Error,
WP_Http_Cookie, is_wp_error(), the five wp_remote_retrieve_* readers — plus a
local FakeWpHttp to back them. None of it was reachable: there is no
WpHttpTransport test in tests/Unit, so the whole block existed only to let
WpHttpTransport.php parse. bleedingdeacons/wp-mocks' `wordpress` group covers
all of it, and carries Doubles\FakeWpHttp for when that test gets written.

The PSR-11 stubs go too. psr/container is a real `require`, so the genuine
interfaces come from the autoloader now that the bootstrap loads it.

What stays is what is not WordPress: the Unity and Scrutiny interface
stand-ins MemberMessenger type-hints, which belong to sibling plugins that are
not installed in the test run.

Only the `wordpress` group is loaded. HasLogger no-ops when wp_log() is
absent — the logger mu-plugin is Sentinel's, and Rabbit does not depend on
it — and that is the branch these tests run.

32 tests, PHPStan clean.
