test: take WordPress stand-ins from wp-mocks (#28)

Three hand-rolled pieces go, replaced by bleedingdeacons/wp-mocks.

The bootstrap eval'd a stand-in Tamar\Logger\HasLogger because the real trait
calls sanitize_key(), which nothing here defined. wp-mocks' `wordpress` group
defines it, so the real trait now loads and is what the tests run against.

tests/Support/FakeWpHttp.php was dead — nothing referenced it, and the
bootstrap never defined the WP HTTP shims it backed. wp-mocks carries an
equivalent under Doubles\FakeWpHttp if a transport test ever wants one.

The PSR-11 stubs were being required out of beacon/tests/, which is both a
reach across plugins and unnecessary: psr/container is a real `require` here,
so the genuine interfaces come from the autoloader now that the bootstrap
loads it.

Only the `wordpress` group is loaded. HasLogger no-ops when wp_log() is
absent — the logger mu-plugin is Sentinel's, and Tamar does not depend on it —
and that is the branch these tests run.

35 tests, PHPStan clean.
