fix(website): satisfy the rules added by @feedic/eslint-config 0.5

- `unicorn/prefer-https` flags the `http://` crawl pattern, but that hop is
  deliberate: GitHub Pages routes its redirects through plain http, and
  dropping the pattern is what broke discovery in the first place. Disabled
  with a reason rather than "fixed".

- Give `toSorted` an explicit code-unit comparator. The canonical form has
  to be stable across machines, so locale-sensitive ordering would be the
  wrong fix here.

- Use `Uint8Array#toBase64()`. This script only ever runs on `lts/*` in CI,
  so it need not track the package's published Node floor.
