chore(tests): migrate from wp_mock to bleedingdeacons/wp-mocks (#38)

The last plugin off 10up/wp_mock. Its own require block declares
"phpunit/phpunit": "^9.6" with no PHPUnit 10 branch, so this suite silently
resolved to PHPUnit 9.6.35 despite composer.json asking for "^9.6|^10.0".
Brain Monkey declares no PHPUnit constraint at all.

- composer.json: drop 10up/wp_mock, add bleedingdeacons/wp-mocks ^1.0.2 via a
  vcs repositories entry alongside the existing unity path repo; pin
  phpunit/phpunit ^10.5.
- phpunit.xml: 10.5 schema — coverage include moves into <source>. The comment
  explaining why <source> could not be used is gone with the constraint that
  caused it.
- tests/bootstrap.php: Bootstrap::loadPatchwork() first, this plugin's own
  stubs next, Bootstrap::load(['wordpress']) last as a backstop. The OBJECT /
  ARRAY_A / ARRAY_N constants and wp_json_encode() are dropped — the shared
  layer carries all four.
- New tests/TestCase.php over the shared one: all 59 test files opened and
  closed WP_Mock by hand; that now happens in one place.
- ActionExpectations::expectActionNotFired() is a thin wrapper over
  Actions\expectDone()->never(). Unlike the WP_Mock version, object arguments
  are matched for real rather than collapsing to one key.
- Deleted tests/Unit/bootstrap.php: unreferenced, and its TSML_FOR_UNITY_PATH
  was `dirname(__DIR__) . 'bootstrap.php/'`. Renamed
  TsmlIntergroupMeetingAttendanceTest.php to match the class inside it, which
  PHPUnit 10 reports rather than ignores.

Four things the old stubs were hiding:

  - Brain Monkey keeps one stub per function per test. Stacking
    Functions\expect('get_field')->with(...) calls does not dispatch on the
    arguments the way WP_Mock did — the first one registered answers every
    call — and the failure is silent. Those sites now use a single
    andReturnUsing() that maps field name to value.
  - wp_log() was undefined in the unit run, so HasLoggerTest's wp_log-present
    case le... (continued)
