fix: reject invalid deposit node sensitivities (DAL-61) (#269)

* Fix invalid deposit node sensitivity admission

Validate supported deposits passively before entering the AAD stage. Publish only complete finite candidates and preserve existing gate precedence and public API shape.

* Document node sensitivity failure contract

Record the stable validation reason, canonical failure fields, and observable reason precedence so the public guide matches the approved behavior.
