* Adapt to sea-orm 2.0 API & lockstep update sea-orm-migration

sea-orm 2.0 splits ConnectionTrait's statement methods: execute/query_one/
query_all are now generic over StatementBuilder with defaults, and the
Statement-taking methods are execute_raw/query_one_raw/query_all_raw.

sea-query 1.0 unboxes Value::String and Value::Bytes payloads, so had to rewrite
a few of those.

This also closes #2408 with the lockstep update.
